The Artist's Muse

Dress, vintage from Goodwill. Tank top slip (underneath), Target. Earrings, a gift. Bracelets, DIY. Watch, Timex. Shoes, Simply Vera by Vera Wang.

Although I by no means think that I am worthy of being painted, one of the RAs in my building told me that I looked so nice that she would paint a picture of me if she were able. That was quite the compliment considering that I had just spent about an hour sweating outside to take these jumping pictures! I do, however, think that if I were to be encapsulated through art, I'd want to be wearing this dress. The way it catches the light, the sheer fabric, and the unique floral print are all factors that make it truly a standout piece in my wardrobe. Did I mention that I found it for five dollars at Goodwill?

I love these pictures even outside of the context of outfit shots!
