Everyday Party (Lendperk Review)

Warehouse dress, borrowed c/o Lendperk. Army jacket, American Eagle (similar). Blue cluster statement necklace, Simply Vera (similar). Cobalt t-strap flats, Gap. Tote bag, Madewell

When I was contacted by Lendperk to do a trial run of their dress rental program, I was thrilled. Described as a "Netflix for dresses", Lendperk is the perfect service for those with eclectic tastes and small budgets. Personally, I loved the fact that I could rent dresses that retailed for over $200 for just $20 a month. I have a bad habit of falling in love with a dress, wearing it the next day, then losing my enchantment within weeks. A rental service just for dresses is the perfect solution for that! The first dress you rent is free (and if you sign up for a monthly plan, the months that you don't rent a dress even roll over), so take advantage and rent a beautiful frock!
The reason I chose this dress by Warehouse (you can purchase it on from ASOS) is because of how different it is from anything I currently own. I'm typically a pretty relaxed, casual dresser with a few party items up my sleeves just in case. But this dress is definitely more formal than the majority of what I own. Because I wore it to class, I wanted to tone it down just a bit. I made it more relaxed and day time appropriate by adding flats and a coordinating statement necklace, my trusty army jacket, and a tote bag for my books and thing. I love a luxe/casual mix!
Overall, I would say the biggest perk about the dress rental service from Lendperk is the fact that if you really love a dress, you can try before you buy. Too often I'm not one hundred percent satisfied with my purchases online, but this ensures that if I fall in love with a style on the Lendperk website, I know it will work before I decide to take the plunge. This dress is currently sold out in my size at ASOS, but I would definitely consider adding it into my wardrobe as an investment piece.

Love your blue flats! They look great with the nude colored dress.

So pretty! LOVE that necklace. I've never heard of Lendperk but recently tried something similar called Borrowed Closet!
