We're Off to See the Wizard

Styling, photography, and make up, Ashlyn K.

As I was walking around campus, the entire crew of models in tow, we got quite a few happy looks. I never tell people exactly what shoot I'm doing unless they guess first and luckily most people knew exactly what I was going for with these ladies. I'm so glad that I'm studying something in school that allows this to be homework!
My favorite shot is the one of "Dorothy" (one of my suite mates next year, Becca) leaping. It only took three frames to get that shot exactly how I wanted. I owe a lot to the personal quirks of each girl who modeled for me. Lucy (the cowardly lion) definitely helped out with posing considering her extensive knowledge of America's Next Top Model. Each girl actually added their own little charm to the shoot. I don't think it could have worked out better!

This is AWESOME. That Dorothy shot is a beast. I'm envious of how well thought-out and executed this shoot was. Cool homework indeed!

This must have been so fun! I remember I used to be scared of this movie when I first watched it eons ago lol I love that just by looking at the back picture (2nd pic)that I could tell where it was going and the styling helped so much! Love the cowardly lion myself ^_^ Keep doing these!!! I so wish I had your class
