After reading this post on one of my favorite blogs, A Beautiful Mess (I'm sure many of you already are readers as well), I knew I had to play around with my tablet and some random snapshots from the past few months. Some of the pictures were matched with song lyrics and some just random thoughts that I associated with the image.
Although I did this on my Bamboo tablet, it can just as easily be done with a pen and a printed photograph. We see so many images with words over them on the internet, but despite this over saturation of the composition, the project can be extremely personal when using your own words and photographs. In fact, wouldn't that make a great journal?
What do you like to do to capture your thoughts?

I wish I had a tablet just for this project! Nothing is more personal and "branded" than handwriting!

I've experimented with writing on photographs and using fonts... but never with a tablet. Definitely want one now! I love how much more personal it is when it's your own handwriting. Yours came out wonderfully.
yes, it's very personal as it's your thoughts, feelings and your handwriting. i wish to try one day, but my tablet broke and i am always lost for words (yet i have a blog. irony isn't it. hahaha.)
